Mr. B Successfully Q'd the 2 times needed in Master Buried today Saturday 11/14, to get his full SWME (Scent Work Master Elite) title! Very proud of him. We were at For Your K9 in Elmhurst, IL. I now have two dogs with that title (Annie Oakley is the other, she was the first dog in AKC Scent Work to get the title).

November 2024 AKC Agility Border Collie Specialty

We made 2nd place in Agility Finals Classic at the Border Collie Specialty at Purina Farms. Also, found out later that I had a bronze ribbon for 4th for the Premier Run. 2nd photo shows Double Q and First Places and Bronze ribbon.

Mr. B also did really good in Barn Hunt. He finished 2,000 pts in crazy 8's and received his Platinum ribbon.

In Masters, last run of the week, he finished his RATCH (Rat Championship). He loves searching for rats.

I think he felt the ribbons were to heavy around his neck by the look he was giving me. He didn't want to sit up, but I wouldn't let him lay down.

Mr. B has been making big accomplishments lately. He did it again this past weekend. We were at the Scent Work trial at Central Kentucky Herding Group Club. On Saturday he got his final 10th Q and Detective Title. He searched a large interior and exterior area and found 8 hides in 3 min 45 seconds.

The Medallion is for the Detective title.

On Sunday he finished his Master Handler Discrimination Elite Title. This also requires 10 Q's in Master H.D. For those not familiar with this, the dog has to find cotton balls with my scent on them in two different areas. His 3 Master HD runs were from 22.81 seconds to 53.13 seconds.

Everything was a 1st place. He is very fast.
